Job summary

M.Y. Naghi Motors is seeking an IT Support Officer to maintain essential IT operations, covering operating systems, security tools, applications, and hardware. You will support Mac OS X, Windows, and commonly used software like Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace.

The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, analyzing staff needs, and delivering training and technical assistance to ensure smooth business processes and employee productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and enterprise IT equipment.
• Familiar with backup and recovery procedures and system monitoring tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
• Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency.
• Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration.
• Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Train employees in using software and hardware, providing technical support.
