Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking an Information Systems Coordinator to troubleshoot, maintain, and secure IT services across hardware, software, and networks for end users. You will document issues and coordinate improvements with the cluster IT team.

The role emphasizes proactive system maintenance, technical installations, and user cybersecurity awareness, requiring strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming.
• Networking experience would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Information Systems Coordinator or Assistant Information Systems Manager in an operation with advanced technology.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across hardware, software and networks for end users.
• Perform system maintenance with routine checks, updates and patches.
• Setup hardware and install software, configuring new devices for compatibility.
• Educate users on IT security best practices and assist with security concerns.
• Coordinate with Cluster IT Manager to implement solutions and improve IT services.
• Maintain records of issues, resolutions and updates for continuous improvement.
• Ensure regular backups of business data.
