Job summary

Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking an Information Systems Coordinator to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate hardware and software installations at our facility. Requirements include a university degree in information systems or computer programming, plus at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming.
• Networking experience would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Information Systems Coordinator or Assistant Information Systems Manager in an operation with advanced technology.
• Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for end users.
• Perform system maintenance with routine checks and patches.
• Configure new hardware and install software, ensuring compatibility.
• Provide cybersecurity awareness and guidance to users.
• Coordinate with Cluster IT Manager to implement solutions and improve IT services.
• Maintain records of issues, resolutions and system updates.
• Ensure regular backups of business data.
