Job summary

Al Qadisiyah Club seeks an IT Specialist to maintain and enhance its IT infrastructure across offices, training facilities, and venues. You will support staff, coaches, and management with reliable technology solutions and ensure secure day-to-day operations.

The role covers hardware, software, networking, and security, with responsibilities spanning system administration, backups, vendor coordination, and documentation. Strong Windows/macOS experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
• Experience with networking, servers, and IT security fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems across the club
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, printers, and mobile devices
• Manage and monitor LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks to ensure secure, stable connectivity
• Support sports operations tech including match-day systems, video analysis tools, and access control systems
• Maintain data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT services and equipment
• Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
• Assist in planning and implementing new IT systems and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with club policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices
