Seerah in Jeddah seeks an IT & Social Media Specialist to blend technical IT duties with creative digital marketing. You will maintain IT infrastructure while planning and optimizing social media presence to boost brand engagement and growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on IT experience, plus proven social media management skills. Strong English communication is essential, with Arabic preferred. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proven IT support experience (hardware/software/network).
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of data security, backups, hosting and domains.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• IT Support & Systems Management: provide first-line tech support (hardware, software, networks, connectivity); install, configure and maintain computers and apps; troubleshoot issues and manage hosting and domains; monitor IT performance and backups; maintain licenses and user accounts.
