Job summary

JLL in Riyadh is seeking a creative Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing specialist to manage the online presence for a premium residential compound. You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage social channels, create engaging content, and drive online lead generation.

The role requires bilingual content creation in English and Arabic, knowledge of analytics, SEO, and paid campaigns, with a focus on growth and strong brand reputation for Saudi market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality or property management in KSA
• Proven track record of growing social media following and generating leads through digital channels
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, campaign management and results achievement
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices and platform-specific strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and social media analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (bilingual content creation essential)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish high-quality content daily aligned with brand guidelines and community calendar
• Manage community engagement including responding to comments, messages and mentions
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant content themes and formats
• Develop platform-specific content strategies optimized for each channel's audience and algorithm
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs
• Manage social media advertising campaigns with monthly budget allocation and ROI tracking
• Grow follower base organically and through paid campaigns with monthly growth targets
• Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to track brand perception
• Create and maintain social media content calendar aligned with leasing objectives and community events
