Role Overview:

We’re seeking an IT & Social Media Specialist who can blend technical expertise with creative digital marketing. This dual-role position covers maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure while planning, executing, and optimizing our social media presence to drive brand engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Support & Systems Management
• Provide first-line technical support for staff (hardware, software, networks, connectivity).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues to minimize downtime; manage company hosting & domains.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance, ensuring data security and backups.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and user accounts.
• Support implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Coordinate with offshore creative teams to produce engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, reels, blogs, etc.) aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor online engagement, respond to messages/comments, and foster community interaction.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and apply best practices to campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align IT and digital marketing with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support (hardware/software/network administration).
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of data security, backups, and hosting/domain management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to multitask across IT & digital marketing.
