Excited to share an opportunity for a IT Clinical Informatics Manager to join a leading multi‑facility healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on optimizing clinical workflows, enhancing EMR adoption, and bridging the gap between clinicians and technology across hospital and outpatient environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading clinical informatics operations and EMR optimization – InterSystems TrakCare preferred.
• Partnering closely with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, radiology, and allied health teams.
• Driving clinical workflow improvement, analytics, training, and change management.
• Managing and developing a growing informatics team across multiple facilities.
• Supporting digital transformation initiatives that directly improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Supporting system enhancements, upgrades, ad‑hoc requests, and patch fixes in coordination with Intersystems.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, nursing, medicine, IT, or related field – required.

Master’s degree – preferred.

CPHIMS, PMP, or EMR vendor certifications – preferred.

Clinical licensure (RN, MD, allied health) – distinct advantage.

Experience

• 7+ years in healthcare IT / clinical informatics, 2+ years in supervisory or management role.
• Hands‑on experience with Hakeem (InterSystems TrakCare), Epic, Cerner, or equivalent EMR/EHR.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows – medical, nursing, pharmacy, radiology, lab, allied health.
• Experience in clinical content development, EMR implementations, and multi‑facility operations.
• Familiarity with CBAHI, MOH, CHI/NPHIES regulations – preferred.
