Position Summary

SIS Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex healthcare IT initiatives in Riyadh. This role is critical to delivering compliant, high‑impact technology programs that support healthcare operations, digital transformation, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare IT projects
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
• Oversee planning, execution, testing, and successful project handover
• Drive governance, reporting, and executive-level communication
• Mitigate risks and resolve delivery challenges proactively
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in healthcare
• Strong background in healthcare IT environments (clinical systems, HIS, digital health, or similar)
• Experience working in a consulting or advisory capacity (preferred)
• Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-stakeholder IT programs
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, standards, and governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively at senior and executive levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability

Nice-to-Have Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications
• Experience with digital health transformation initiatives
• Background working with government or large healthcare entities
• Exposure to international healthcare standards and frameworks
• Experience leading multi-vendor healthcare IT programs
