Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, extensive experience in healthcare IT, and familiarity with various EMR systems including InterSystems TrakCare and Epic. A Master's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, nursing, medicine, IT, or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- CPHIMS, PMP, or EMR vendor certifications preferred.
- Clinical licensure (RN, MD, allied health) is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
- Leading clinical informatics operations and EMR optimization.
- Partnering closely with healthcare teams.
- Driving clinical workflow improvement and analytics.
- Managing and developing a growing informatics team.
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives.
