Job summary

Confidential Company in Riyadh invites an experienced IT Change Manager to lead enterprise change processes across on-prem and cloud environments. You will chair CAB/ECAB, drive governance with DevOps practices, and ensure alignment with ITIL and security standards.

The role requires 4–6 years of IT change management experience, ITIL Foundation certification, and willingness to work onsite in Saudi Arabia. Immediate joining and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SOX, COBIT knowledge.
• Experience managing enterprise IT change across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong collaboration with DevOps, CAB/ECAB, and governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT change management lifecycles across enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and applications.
• Facilitate CAB/ECAB meetings and approvals.
• Integrate change governance with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release and DevSecOps workflows.
• Track, assess, and audit changes using ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy).
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, SOX, and COBIT.
