NobleHorizon is seeking a proactive IT Administrator to maintain our IT infrastructure in KSA, support employees, and ensure system security. The role requires 3-5 years in IT administration or technical support and strong Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities cover desktop/server management, user access control, cybersecurity measures, and collaboration with external vendors. Onsite Riyadh-based position with fast-paced multi-business support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• 3-5 years of IT admin or technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience managing office IT infrastructure and end-user support.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, backups, and access management.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple users efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and network systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Ensure proper backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity measures are implemented.
• Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, internet, and connectivity issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding setup including devices, accounts, and access credentials.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records.
• Monitor office network connectivity and internet performance.
• Support VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and security configurations.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection practices.
• Assist in minimizing downtime and resolving technical incidents quickly.
• Maintain IT documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Prepare reports related to IT assets, incidents, and system updates.
• Support implementation of new technologies and system improvements.
• Assist with ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other business systems when required.
