Job summary

Awadiunited is looking for a skilled technical support professional to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will provide technical support to end-users, manage user accounts, and ensure system security.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT and experience with AZURE or AWS. A KSA driving license and comfort traveling within the region are essential.

Qualifications

• AZURE / AWS certificate is a plus.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling within KSA for troubleshooting.
• KSA driving license required.
