Tahaluf is the leading B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, driving flagship projects in Cityscape West and other major events. We seek an Investor Programme Manager to connect Family Offices, UHNWIs and private investors with real estate and hospitality opportunities across Saudi Arabia’s Western Region.

In this role you will recruit investors, manage senior stakeholders, and coordinate high-level meetings and VIP experiences, while deepening market knowledge in Jeddah,

Qualifications

• Significant proven experience in investor relations or investment events.
• Fluent English; Arabic speaking capability is strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, networking and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and recruit Family Offices, UHNWIs, private investors and other sources of private capital.
• Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CEO, CIO, Partner, MD).
• Assess investors based on deployable capital, track record and typical ticket size.
• Match investors with developers, project owners, hospitality groups and JV partners.
• Support investor events: roundtables, dinners, site visits and 1:1 meetings.
• Develop knowledge of investment opportunities across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and the Red Sea.
• Manage investor journey from initial outreach to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with developers, government entities, sponsors and internal teams.
• Maintain a clear investor pipeline and track interests and outcomes.
