Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail setting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to ensure efficient stock management.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks or shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and upcoming promotions.
• Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product availability on shelves.
• Monitor expiry dates and coordinate returns or replacements as needed.
• Train and supervise inventory associates to ensure accurate data entry and proper stock rotation.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and other metrics for management review.
