Job summary

Abunayyan Holding is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to ensure accurate inventory management, streamlined warehouse operations, and precise stock control. The role focuses on maintaining SAP-driven records, conducting regular cycle counts, and coordinating with procurement and production teams.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM or related field, 2–3 years of inventory/warehouse experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP inventory management systems.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records using SAP ERP systems.
Conducting regular cycle counts, monthly stock counts, and annual physical inventory checks.
Investigating inventory discrepancies.
Managing inventory transactions such as goods receipts, material issuance, stock transfers, and adjustments.
Coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.
Ensuring accurate recording of inbound and outbound shipments.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
