Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and KPIs.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stock control activities and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Plan and oversee cycle counts, targeted counts, and inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Review and validate inventory adjustments according to approved procedures.
• Lead the stock control team and allocate daily workloads.
• Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Finance, IT/WMS, Quality & Safety, and other relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
