Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC is seeking an Inventory Controller to act as onsite representative for all inventory activities. You will align ERP, 3PL, and WMS stock, monitor inbound and outbound operations, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.

You will verify arrivals, ensure accurate put-away, and report discrepancies promptly. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with ERP/WMS systems, and the ability to coordinate with a 3PL provider to maintain accurate inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory Management/Business Administration/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of inventory control experience.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems is required.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving against purchase orders, packing lists, delivery notes, and ERP entries; verify SKUs, barcodes, quantities, and carton condition.
• Monitor outbound picking, packing, dispatch accuracy, and SLA adherence; ensure correct shipments.
• Perform daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly full stock counts; investigate variances and document discrepancies.
• Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs; escalate recurring issues and maintain evidence for claims.
• Reconcile ERP stock with 3PL/WMS stock; ensure accurate postings and timely corrections.
• Inspect damaged and returned stock; maintain stock registers and workflow for rejects or recalls.
• Maintain stock records by SKU, batch/serial number, and location; manage aging and slow-moving stock.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports; highlight risks and action items to management.
