Job summary

Watania Steel is seeking a proactive Stock Controller to maintain precise inventory and support seamless supply chain operations in Riyadh. You will monitor records, perform counts, reconcile variances, and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment.

The role requires 2-4 years in a stock control or similar role, with a relevant diploma or degree. Proficiency in ERP (MM) and WMS is desirable for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a Stock Controller or similar role.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Familiarity with stock forecasting and demand planning
• Proficiency in ERP (MM) / WMS systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Track stock levels and initiate replenishment when required
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances
• Prepare inventory and stock reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
