Job summary

STS Systems Support, LLC. seeks Weapons School Instructors to deliver ISR-related skills training at the Saudi Weapons School in Dammam.

You will cover intelligence support, targeting/weaponeering, imagery/geospatial analysis, and exercise planning with emphasis on real-world operations and cross-functional coordination. Ideal candidates have USAF Weapons School graduate/instructor experience, 5+ years in targeting, a current Secret Clearance, and passport that is valid for Saudi work.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a current civilian passport not expiring within two years.
• USAF Weapons School graduate and/or Weapons School Instructor.
• Five (5) years’ experience in operational/tactical targeting/weaponeering.
• Experience in Air Operations Planning with a focus on target selection.
• Must be prior intelligence 14N or F-15 Pilot.
• Candidate must possess a current and active Secret Clearance.
• Operational experience providing intelligence support to active flying units.

Responsibilities

• Provide ISR/Intelligence training and courseware development.
• Assist in training needs assessments and technology transfer for Saudi Arabia.
• Support ISR-related operations, exercises, and planning activities.
• Coordinate with air operations and cyber teams to integrate ISR capabilities.

We are STS Systems Support, LLC (SSS), a government contracting and consulting firm supporting several military installations and federal agencies across the nation. SSS is currently seeking Weapons School Instructors to accomplish all but not limited to the following: Intelligence/ISR-related skills training, Training needs assessments, courseware development, and technology transfer required by The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the Saudi Weapons school in Dammam Saudi Arabia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The instructor should have the experience and communication skills necessary to provide a thorough understanding of ISR-related skills included, but not limited to the following:

• Core/Foundational Intel/ISR skills
• Targeting and Weaponeering
• Battle Damage Assessment
• Precision Point Mensuration
• Target Point Mensuration
• Intelligence Support To Manned And Remotely Piloted Aircraft Unit Operations
• Imagery/Geospatial Analysis
• ISR Operations/Campaign Planning
• Intel/ISR Force Development and Management
• Collection Management
• Intel/ISR-Centric Exercise Planning and Management
• Operational use/maintenance of Intel/ISR-related systems
• ISR Support to Air to Ground Integration (AGI)
• ISR Support to Cyber

WHAT YOU BRING:

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must posses a current civilian passport that will not expire within two years or be willing and able to quickly obtain one.
• USAF Weapons School graduate and/or Weapons School Instructor
• five (5) years’ experience working operational/tactical level targeting/weaponeering activities
• experience in Air Operations Planning with a focus on target selection and study
• Must be prior intelligence 14N or F-15 Pilot
• Candidates must posses a current and active Secret Clearance.
• Operational experience providing intelligence support to active flying units.
