Job summary

STS Systems Support, LLC is seeking an experienced ISR instructor to deliver comprehensive instruction on core Intel/ISR skills, including targeting, weaponeering, and geospatial analysis. The role emphasizes operational support to flying units and integration with ISR campaigns and exercises.

The ideal candidate will have USAF Weapons School credentials or equivalent, five years in targeting/weaponeering, and an active SECRET clearance, with the ability to support mission planning and

• Current civilian passport valid for at least two years from start date.
• USAF Weapons School graduate and/or five years’ operational/tactical targeting/weaponeering experience; Air Operations Planning focus.
• Must hold a current and active Secret Clearance.
• Experience providing intelligence support to active flying units.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough understanding of ISR-related skills and concepts.
• Cover core intel/ISR disciplines listed in the qualifications.
• Assist in planning and supporting ISR operations, campaigns and exercises.
• Support intel/ISR force development and management activities.
• Coordinate collection management and ISR-related systems usage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The instructor should have the experience and communication skills necessary to provide a thorough understanding of ISR-related skills included, but not limited to the following:

• Targeting and Weaponeering
• Battle Damage Assessment
• Precision Point Mensuration
• Target Point Mensuration
• Intelligence Support To Manned And Remotely Piloted Aircraft Unit Operations
• Imagery/Geospatial Analysis
• ISR Operations/Campaign Planning
• Intel/ISR Force Development and Management
• Collection Management
• Intel/ISR-Centric Exercise Planning and Management
• Operational use/maintenance of Intel/ISR-related systems
• ISR Support to Air to Ground Integration (AGI)
• ISR Support to Cyber

WHAT YOU BRING:

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a current civilian passport that will not expire within two years or be willing and able to quickly obtain one.
• USAF Weapons School graduate and/or Weapons School Instructor; five (5) years’ experience working operational/tactical level targeting/weaponeering activities; experience in Air Operations Planning with a focus on target selection and study. Must be prior intelligence 14N or F-15 Pilot.
• Candidates must possess a current and active Secret Clearance.
• Operational experience providing intelligence support to active flying units.
