Job summary

Mace is seeking an Interface Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead the integration of major utility production assets and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate plant-to-network and plant-to-plant interfaces among contractors, operators, authorities, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless delivery and readiness.

You will drive robust interface management, develop registers and agreements, and oversee stakeholder coordination across civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and ICT

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure or utility programmes.
• Experience delivering utility production facilities: District Cooling, Desalination, Sewage/Wastewater, Substations, Power Generation, Central Fire and Security control rooms, Master System Integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead interface management across utility plant assets and contractor teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate interfaces between power plants, district cooling, desalination, ICT, and utilities with operators and authorities.
• Develop and maintain interface registers, responsibility matrices, and interface agreements.
• Coordinate technical interfaces across civil, process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and ICT domains.
• Support operational readiness planning and handover to future operating entities.
• Monitor interface performance and report to programme leadership.
