Job summary

One95 Global is seeking a Program Director in Saudi Arabia to provide executive leadership for a mega land and infrastructure program, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, sustainability and stakeholders.

You will lead a PMCM organization, establish governance, report to Client Executive Management, and oversee design, procurement, construction, testing, handover, and close-out activities with a broad, multinational team.

Qualifications

• Provide executive leadership and governance aligned with Client objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary PMCM leadership team fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Direct program activities including planning, design management, procurement, construction, testing, handover and close-out.
• Ensure integration of technical, commercial, controls, quality, HSE and risk management.
• Provide executive oversight of cost forecasting, contract administration, claims, variations.
• Lead program-wide risk management and HSE initiatives to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Review dashboards, KPIs and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
• Maintain relationships with Client and key stakeholders including Lead Developers and contractors.
• Chair executive meetings and governance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and governance for the PMCM organization.
• Lead the PMCM leadership team to ensure alignment across disciplines.
• Oversee all program activities from planning to close-out.
• Coordinate integration of technical, commercial, and risk management functions.
• Oversee cost forecasting, contracts, and dispute resolution.
• Drive risk management and HSE initiatives across the program.
• Monitor performance dashboards for informed decisions.
• Engage with Client, lead developers, consultants, and authorities.
