Job summary

Fluor Corp is seeking an Interface Manager for a major petrochemical PMC project in Saudi Arabia. Based in Al Khobar, you will lead interface coordination across client, PMC team, EPC contractors, and vendors, ensuring alignment through all project phases and interfaces.

The role requires a minimum of 15 years in oil & gas or petrochemicals, strong PMC background, and proven interface management on large projects. A robust stakeholder management capability and lifecycle knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery sector.
• Proven Interface Manager on large petrochemical projects.
• Strong background in PMC environment for major capital projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple EPC contractors and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent understanding of project lifecycle phases: FEED, Detailed Eng., Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Start-Up.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Interface Management Plan and procedures.
• Identify, track, and manage interfaces across all project phases.
• Facilitate communication between client, PMC team, EPC contractors, licensors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead interface meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions; ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor interface registers and ensure actions are tracked and closed.
• Assess interface risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Prepare interface reports and provide updates to project management.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual obligations, and HSE requirements.
