Responsibilities

• Provide overall engineering leadership for PMC projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and HSE disciplines.
• Ensure engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Act as the primary engineering focal point between the client, PMC team, EPC contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Review and approve engineering deliverables, design packages, technical queries, and contractor submissions.
• Monitor engineering progress and identify risks, mitigation measures, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and company procedures.
• Support project controls, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Drive engineering excellence, safety, constructability, and value engineering initiatives.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a collaborative project environment.

Requirements/Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Minimum 15+ years of engineering experience, including significant exposure to petrochemical projects.
• At least 5 years in an Engineering Manager role on PMC, EPCM, or major EPC projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams on large-scale petrochemical facilities, refineries, or downstream processing projects.
• Strong understanding of project execution methodologies, engineering management systems, and stage-gate processes.
