Job summary

IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture seeks an Interface Specialist to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. The role focuses on managing interfaces between stakeholders in large infrastructure projects, ensuring coordination and integration across disciplines.

You will implement interface strategies, prepare reports and coordination plans, resolve issues, and support the client while coordinating with discipline managers to deliver high-quality construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Over 7 years in project and construction management, especially large infrastructure.
• Proficient in English and Arabic; strong report writing and communication skills.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Interface Specialist to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in managing interfaces between various project stakeholders, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects. As Interface Manager, you will oversee and manage all related to interface coordination matters for the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main descriptions of the job position:

• Handle interface coordination matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between different project stakeholders.
• Implement interface management strategies and procedures to ensure effective coordination and integration of project components.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive interface management reports, coordination plans, and issue resolution proposals to upper management and the Client.
• Identify and resolve interface issues between different project disciplines and stakeholders.
• Oversee the interface management process to ensure accuracy and adherence to the project requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to the client on interface management matters.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control processes, resulting in the delivery of the highest quality work to the client.
• Responsible for coordinating with other discipline managers in the team to provide direction to the consultant staff and foster a spirit of collaboration throughout the construction supervision services.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Formal qualifications/affiliations to relevant professional bodies.
• Applicable Experience: over 07 years in project and construction management, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of construction, design, and engineering principles.
• Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency level of English language and Arabic Language.
• Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor.
• Willingness to work in a multinational firm.

Additional requirements:

• Transferable Iqama in case non-Saudi.
• Based in Riyadh.
• Valid SCE membership.
