Egis Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Interface and Administration Manager to oversee system interfaces and administrative operations across multiple platforms. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users, develop SOPs, coordinate onboarding, monitor performance, and drive improvements in efficiency and data accuracy within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 15+ years in administration/interface roles, strong ITSM knowledge, ERP and database

Formación

• Experience in IT service management and system administration.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise systems and user interfaces.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement effective solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain system interfaces, ensuring performance, security, and user access.
• Oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot interface-related issues with IT and business teams.
• Develop and implement SOPs for interface management and workflows.
• Coordinate user onboarding and training programs for effective adoption.
• Monitor system performance metrics and generate analytical reports.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular system status updates.
• Supervise administrative staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Customize and configure interfaces to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
