Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
• Recent graduate or graduate with limited professional experience.
• Academic background in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Energy, Actuarial Science or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across assigned business functions.
• Support day-to-day operational and client-related activities under guidance.
• Assist in client servicing, claims management, placement activities, and other functions.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Participate in projects supporting business objectives and improvements.
• Attend internal and external training courses, workshops, and certification programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gain broad exposure.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with requirements.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Apply knowledge gained through training to support operations and client service.
