Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
• Recent graduate or graduate with limited professional experience.
• Academic background in Insurance Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Energy, Medicine, Actuarial Science, or other relevant disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across assigned business functions.
• Support day-to-day operational and client-related activities under guidance of experienced professionals.
• Assist in client servicing, claims management, placement activities, and other assigned business functions.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Participate in projects that support business objectives and operational improvements.
• Attend internal and external training courses, workshops, and certification programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gain broad business exposure.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Apply knowledge gained through training to support business operations and client service delivery.
