Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join the Program Development & Evaluation Division in Saudi Arabia. You will conduct learning needs assessments, design and develop training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness using advanced technologies, including IVR, MR, and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Education/Math/Engineering/Physical Sciences or technical discipline.
• Minimum 12 years work experience, incl. 5 in Instructional Design/Teaching/Vocational Training.
• Experience designing classroom, e-learning, m-learning, and blended learning for technical workers.

Responsibilities

• Perform research and data analysis on training gaps, needs, and program effectiveness.
• Research instructional design trends, tools, and training technologies.
• Design and develop curriculum and instructional material using IVR, MR, and AI.
• Create assessments and evaluation instruments for training programs.
• Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and staff to pilot and evaluate curricula and delivery methods.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure proper use of learning materials.
• Plan, monitor, and report on curriculum development, evaluation, and deployment projects.
• Visit training centers to provide feedback and submit site visit reports.
