Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Instructional Design Supervisor to lead the design and development of learning programs in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee needs analysis, content structuring, and the creation of engaging digital training aligned with objectives and best practices.

You will write learning objectives using ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy, review content for accuracy, and guide a team of E-Learning specialists to deliver high-quality modules on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Education, or E-Learning.
• Minimum of 5 years of instructional design experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with interactive design tools (Articulate Suite, Adobe Suite, LMS).
• Advanced knowledge of adult and blended learning design.
• Ability to write learning objectives and assess learning outcomes.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs analysis and instructional design across programs.
• Design framework and content sequencing for programs.
• Write and refine learning objectives using ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Review and validate content for target audience.
• Design visuals and content for training materials.
• Supervise the design of interactive modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Ensure UX/UI standards and self-paced learning.
• Coach and motivate team, assign tasks and track progress.
• Coordinate with other departments and external SMEs when needed.
