Job summary

بترورابغ is seeking a professional to support integrated integrity inspections, coordinating RBI/OSI activities and ensuring data accuracy for IDMS entries. The role focuses on static equipment, piping, and plant reliability in a refinery context.

Responsibilities include leading field inspections, aligning with maintenance planners, and maintaining strict adherence to industry codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing external and internal inspections on static equipment.
• Familiarity with RBI-based OSI programs and inspection planning.
• Ability to document findings and review data before entry into IDMS.

Job description

To support the Inspection Supervisor in executing planned and unplanned integrity inspection programs by performing inspection in the assigned unit's static equipment and piping aimed at gathering required corrosion and inspection information while assessing the equipment/piping integrity condition. To develop the EIS program, to review RBI based OSI Program and to plan executions with Maintenance Planners. To review the acquired data and to recommend necessary repairs or replacement, to raise and issue Inspection Work Sheets (IWS) for in-kind replacements or repair works. To direct situations requiring design changes (Covered by MOC Procedure) to Engineering Section Inspection & Corrosion Engineers for investigation and action.

To direct Mechanical Inspector in the assigned Field Inspection Unit to implement planned Integrity Inspection Programs, to perform external and internal inspections on static equipment, to gather required inspection and corrosion data, and to document the inspection findings and to review them before entering in to IDMS Database.

To continue interaction with OME team and provide required support and guidance in day to day operational inspections. To receive readily assistance for Call-In Type Emergency Calls.

To perform safely and in compliance with Industry Codes and Standards.

Must Haves:

• ASME Sec I, II, V, VIII, IX and ASME B 31.3, B31.1, B18.2.1, PCC-1, PCC-2,
• Must have API 570, API 653, API 510,
• Added Advantage API 580, API 571, API 577, API 651, API 620, API 1604,API 936.

AWS D1.1, D3.6M.

• Added Advantage, TWS, NACE, ASTM, ANSI. And ISO
• Added Advantage Conversant with all NDT activities (RT/UT/PT/MT/PWHT/Hardness / PMI)
• ASTM and other commonly used standards in the construction industry.
• Have practical Excellence in BENTELY, MERIDIUM –reporting
