Job summary

Petro Rabigh is seeking a skilled Field Inspection Supervisor to support planned and unplanned integrity inspection programs across static equipment and piping. You will gather corrosion and inspection data, assess integrity, and coordinate with Maintenance Planners to execute EIS and RBI-based OSI programs.

You will direct Mechanical Inspectors, review data, and recommend repairs or replacements while ensuring safety and compliance with industry codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Integrity inspections, applicable codes & standards, optimization of NDT, inspection planning, and emergency response experience shall be demonstrated
• Fair knowledge on unit operations, hazardous materials, MSDS, and equipment internal configurations is required

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing planned and unplanned integrity inspection programs across the unit's static equipment and piping.
• Review data and raise IWS for in-kind replacements or repairs.
• Direct field inspectors to implement planned integrity inspection programs and document findings before IDMS entry.
• Support day-to-day operational inspections and respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Perform inspections safely and in compliance with industry codes and standards.
