Job summary

Albawani is seeking an Execution Manager in Riyadh to lead infrastructure, PPP, and strategic investment projects from financial close through handover. You will drive safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery while optimizing investment value aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with authorities, and report on performance and risks to senior leadership. A strong background in project controls, procurement, and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13–15 years in project execution or delivery with 5+ years in management.
• Experience with infrastructure, PPP, and large-scale construction from mobilization to handover.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project execution across assigned projects.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables align with approved schedules.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors throughout execution.
• Lead coordination meetings and manage contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Provide executive-level reporting on performance and risks.
