AlBawani Capital is seeking a Technical Manager to provide technical leadership across infrastructure, PPP, and investment development projects. The role ensures excellence from origination to operation, evaluating risks and guiding design, procurement, and construction.

You will manage consultants, coordinate with authorities and partners, drive governance and compliance, and support investment decisions to maximize long-term asset value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13-15 years of experience in engineering, technical management, or project execution.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, design management, and project delivery processes.
• Experience managing technical risks and resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Review engineering designs, technical specifications, drawings, and consultant deliverables for alignment with standards.
• Provide technical guidance to project development teams throughout planning and execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to integrate technical requirements across disciplines.
• Monitor technical progress against schedules, milestones, and project deliverables.
• Support resolution of complex technical issues to maintain project continuity and quality standards.
• Manage performance of engineering consultants to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Lead technical review meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Implement technical governance procedures, QA frameworks, and engineering review processes.
