Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Cost Control Engineer to monitor budgets, forecast costs, and drive commercial decisions across bridge and infrastructure projects. You will develop cost breakdown structures aligned with work packages and contracts, and track expenditures against budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include detailed cost forecasting, EVM implementation, change and procurement cost tracking, and risk-adjusted cost planning.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in cost control and project controls on major construction projects.
• 5+ years on bridge and transportation infrastructure projects.
• GCC or Saudi Arabia project experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with consultants, PMCs, government authorities, or major contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets and cost control systems.
• Prepare detailed cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and EAC values.
• Implement Earned Value Management and perform cost performance analysis.
• Support change management, cost impact assessments, and procurement tracking.
• Monitor risks, quantify cost impacts, and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Integrate cost data with schedules and KPI reporting for senior management.
