Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• 8–12 years in cost control and project controls on major construction projects.
• 5+ years on bridge and transportation infrastructure projects.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and monitor project budgets and cost control systems.
• Establish cost breakdown structures aligned with work packages and contract requirements.
• Track expenditures and identify cost variances against budgets.
• Prepare baseline budgets for bridge and infrastructure activities.
• Monitor commitments, actual expenditures and forecasted costs.
• Prepare detailed cost forecasts, cash flow projections and periodic cost reports.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) processes and performance analysis.
• Support change control processes and quantify cost impacts.
• Monitor procurement budgets and commitments and assess cost implications.
