Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or MBA is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Chartered Engineer, Professional Engineer, or equivalent registration is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of bridge and infrastructure project activities from inception through completion.
• Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved in relation to scope, quality, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Coordinate design consultants, construction teams, contractors, and authorities.
• Review variations, claims, and change requests; monitor contractual obligations.
• Develop and monitor project schedules; track milestones and deliverables; identify risks and recovery plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and client reviews; manage stakeholder communications.
