Job summary

AECOM in Riyadh is seeking a Civil Manager - Infrastructure & Design Stakeholder Coordinator to manage relationships with KSA government authorities and utility providers, ensuring alignment with design and infrastructure planning to facilitate approvals and project delivery.

You will lead submissions, coordinate interfaces, run design reviews, and track actions with a cross-functional team across planning, design, and construction to maintain standards and schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in stakeholder, interface or infrastructure management.
• Strong experience with KSA government authorities and utility providers.
• Knowledge of KSA approval, NOC and utility coordination processes.
• Design coordination and technical interface management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships with authorities and utility providers.
• Lead submissions, NOCs and approvals ensuring design compliance.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between stakeholders, design teams and utilities.
• Facilitate design review meetings with stakeholders and authorities.
• Arrange and lead stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting scope, cost, programme or design.
• Coordinate stakeholder and infrastructure requirements with design, planning, commercial and construction teams.
• Maintain stakeholder registers, approval trackers and action logs.
• Escalate critical issues and update project leadership.
