Job summary

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking an experienced Industrial Workforce Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment, mobilisation, and deployment of SMP personnel within the manpower plan. You will coordinate with SMP suppliers, Hiring Managers, and internal stakeholders to source, select, mobilise, and report manpower needs.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will verify workforce records and ensure compliance with contracts, rates, and invoicing, while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment, industrial workforce hiring, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Validate SMP requirements against the approved manpower plan and coordinate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers on manpower requirements, criteria, and timelines.
• Review candidate submissions, attend interviews, and document decisions.
• Support local and international recruitment campaigns, standby pools, and supplier sourcing.
• Ensure recruitment and mobilisation documents are complete and maintained.
• Coordinate medical status, visa and travel arrangements, onboarding, and deployment.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and reconcile with supplier reports.
• Review SMP invoices against records and contractual terms before approval.
• Prepare regular reports on manpower, recruitment progress, and invoice status.
