Job summary

PPOAR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory, and ensure timely shipments. The role demands strong leadership and hands-on oversight in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of warehouse experience, with proficiency in warehouse management software and a track record of process improvement and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehouse management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Improve efficiency and productivity through new processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory with regular counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Lead and train staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and a clean, organized warehouse.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
