Job summary

Ananinja in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Inbound Supervisor to oversee inbound warehouse operations and ensure accurate receiving, documentation, and inventory control.

You will lead the inbound team, coordinate with suppliers, and uphold safety and SOP standards to maintain high accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock rotation and management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Use inventory management systems to track inbound product movement and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular audits of inbound processes and identify improvements.
• Monitor inbound KPIs and prepare management reports.
