Job summary

CreditNinja - KMD Partners, LLC is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to oversee daily outbound warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, consolidated, staged, and dispatched accurately and on time.

You will supervise the outbound team, manage manpower, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in warehouse, outbound, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes and order fulfillment.
• Experience with WMS and warehouse operational systems.
• Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, food safety, and warehouse safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound operations, including picking, consolidation, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower based on workload, order volume, and shift requirements.
• Monitor order accuracy, productivity, throughput, backlog, and on-time dispatch.
• Resolve operational issues and outbound discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Stock Control, Distribution, Transportation, and QA teams.
• Ensure proper handling of damaged, expired, and temperature-sensitive products.
• Monitor team attendance, performance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare shift reports and follow up on performance improvement actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity
