Job summary

Ninja ?? نينجا is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to oversee daily outbound warehouse operations in a high-volume facility in Jeddah. You will supervise the outbound team, manage manpower, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and a deep understanding of WMS and outbound processes to ensure accurate picking, consolidation, staging, and dispatch on time.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse, outbound, or logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound operations (picking, consolidation, staging, loading, dispatch).
• Allocate manpower based on workload and shifts.
• Monitor order accuracy, throughput, and on-time dispatch; manage performance.
• Resolve operational issues and outbound discrepancies; ensure SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Distribution, Transportation, and QA teams to ensure quality.
• Ensure handling of damaged/expired/temperature-sensitive products.
• Prepare shift reports and drive performance improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound operations, including picking, consolidation, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower based on workload, order volume, and shift requirements.
• Monitor order accuracy, productivity, throughput, backlog, and on-time dispatch.
• Resolve operational issues and outbound discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Stock Control, Distribution, Transportation, and QA teams.
• Ensure proper handling of damaged, expired, and temperature-sensitive products.
• Monitor team attendance, performance, and adherence to SOPs.
• Prepare shift reports and follow up on performance improvement actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in warehouse, outbound, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes and order fulfillment.
• Experience with WMS and warehouse operational systems.
• Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, food safety, and warehouse safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
