Job summary

Shanahan Engineering is recruiting a Commissioning Clerk (ICAPS) for a large refinery commissioning project in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ICAPS issues, punch follow-up, and preservation tasks during commissioning.

The primary function is to ensure proper handover of units to the Proponent following OPERCOM, tracking RFC to AOC and TOMC handovers. Contract duration is 12 months with extensions possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of petrochemical units.
• ICAPS software experience is mandatory.
• Ability to manage punch and preservation follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate handover of units using OPERCOM methodology.
• Oversee RFC to AOC to TOMC transitions for project handover.
• Interface with Proponent and site teams to ensure smooth commissioning.

The role: Responsible for all ICAPS (Total Energies Commissioning Software Tool) related issues (task, punch and preservation follow up). Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of petrochemical units / Equipment and ICAPS Software are mandatory.

Basic Functions:

The primary function of the Commissioning Clerk Handover, ICAPS, Punch (ICAPS Coordinator)is to ensure the proper handover of the units to the Proponent following the OPERCOM® methodology. This role involves managing the transition from Ready for Commissioning (RFC) to the achievement of commissioning (AOC) and the final handover (TOMC) to the Proponent. e
