Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a Commissioning Leader in Saudi Arabia to ensure commissioning preparation meets contract and schedule obligations, while coordinating with the proponent department and contractors. Basic Functions:-

• The primary role of the Commissioning Leader is to ensure that the CONTRACTOR's scope of services for pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation is carried out in compliance with Contract and schedule obligations, and in line with company'sspecifications.
• The Commissioning Leader is responsible for supporting the review and approval of the CONTRACTOR's commissioning organization, deliverables, procedures, and planning activities to ensure a safe and efficient operational start-up.
• This includes developing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the proponent department, participating in HSE activities, managing systems and sub-systems definitions, and ensuring proper preparation and review of pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
• Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on CONTRACTOR/Subcontractor progress, issuing periodic progress reports, and organizing and coordinating commissioning execution activities.

Profile

• The qualifications for this position include an engineer level or above education, expertise in engineering and configuration development in DCS (Delta V), ESD, F&G, and PLC.
• High knowledge of PCS and instrumentation activities on SAT, Loop tests and functional tests within Oil and Gas industry.
  Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of EPCC contract management, and fluency in English with Arabic being a plus.
