Job summary

The candidate should have strong sales engineering, technical support, and communication skills, with extensive experience in water treatment technologies and a degree in engineering. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
• Experience in solution design, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Troubleshooting, application support, and customer training.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• +15 years experience in water treatment, membranes, process engineering, or environmental technologies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• CRM proficiency and proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales of membrane and water treatment solutions.
• Identify customer needs and prepare proposals.
• Manage sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions.
