Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks a Communications & Digital Tools Specialist to support the Master Development Unit in Riyadh. The role focuses on high‑impact communication, visual reporting, and AI‑enhanced workflows, with heavy involvement in Power BI dashboards and field data coordination.

You will develop materials, coordinate digital tools like Aconex Field and AI‑CCTV systems, and ensure accurate data entry while aligning with project standards and branding across office and field teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong Power BI reporting, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio for workflow maps and diagrams.
• Familiarity with Aconex Field, digital inspections, NCR workflows, and AI‑CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment registration and compliance processes.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities for data-driven reporting.
• Awareness of AI tools, reporting, and communication enhancements.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate high‑quality communication materials and dashboards.
• Create visuals with branding standards for MDU and Qiddiya.
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards for performance insights.
• Coordinate digital tools like Aconex Field and AI‑CCTV data entry.
• Maintain trackers for NCRs, inspections, and reporting cycles.
• Manage compliance workflows for heavy equipment and data processes.
• Prepare monthly and weekly visual summaries of KPIs and progress.
• Create Visio diagrams and process maps to clarify workflows.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and reusable communication assets.
• Support engagement activities and field data updates across teams.
