Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a hybrid role within the Master Development Unit to enhance communication through advanced digital coordination, visual reporting, and field data management. You will deliver accurate reporting, professional visuals, and structured coordination across delivery partners and field teams.

The position emphasizes Power BI reporting, Adobe Creative Suite work, and AI-enhanced workflows, with strong English/Arabic communication and a proactive approach to learning

Qualifications

• Strong bilingual communication in English and Arabic, with the ability to simplify technical information into clear messages and visuals.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong skills in Power BI reporting, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for workflow maps, diagrams, and organizational structures.
• Familiarity with Aconex Field, digital inspections, NCR workflows, and AI-CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate high-quality communication materials, dashboards and visuals highlighting MDU progress and milestones.
• Create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite aligned with branding standards.
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize performance indicators and field insights.
• Coordinate the use of Aconex Field, AI-CCTV systems, and other digital construction tools; guide users and ensure data entry.
• Maintain digital trackers for NCRs, inspections, system enhancements, and reporting cycles.
• Prepare monthly and weekly visuals showing equipment compliance and progress KPIs.
• Develop Visio diagrams, process maps, and organizational charts to support workflows.
