Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Riyadh invites an accomplished Project Manager (Design/Architecture) to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee scope, design coordination, schedules, budgets and QA/QC across divisions, ensuring client relationships and profitable delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering, PMP/APM certification, and proven ability to manage complex lifecycle projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience on large-scale mixed-use projects.
• Licensed architect or engineer; PMP/APM is an advantage.
• Proficient in 2D/3D design tools and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project scope from setup to design coordination.
• Plan scheduling, budgets, staffing and project setup with team and consultants.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues objectively.
• Collaborate to promote interdisciplinary design and meet targets.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures across technical areas for high standards.
• Track financial performance, invoices and payments within budget.
